Love it or hate it, soup season is here.
As temperatures decrease, it's one of the few things most people look forward to.
After months of hot, sunny days, the leaves change and we remember how comforting soup is.
First, seasonal tastes come to mind, but when fall turns into winter and
temperatures drop till you see snow outside your window, everything goes for a wonderful purée.
Tomato transforms to butternut squash, corn chowder to pumpkin,
and then you're digging into substantial Moroccan harira, chicken tortilla, and pozole to warm you up.
